All Boy, All The Time

After shooting two precious little girls this weekend, what a fun change of pace it was to get to run around with a raucous little boy! And when I say run, I mean run. Of course, I was already familiar with J's speed since he is nearly as fast as his best friend...Max! Both J and Max are all boy, all the time. They run, they scream, they dodge goose poop. It's all in a day's work. We always have a great time with J and his family and I was very excited (and nervous) to photograph them.

and then there's Little A.  I met up with A and her parents on a beautiful fall afternoon and A's happy energy was positively infectious. Combine that energy with some sunshine, fall leaves, and two fantastic parents and well, you'll see...

p.s. This session is the second of three I had the privilege to do this weekend. What a great time! A big thanks to Adam who acted as my assistant for all the sessions. That is his superior reflector work on the blanket shots. He definitely made the shots, don't you think?. Hope you're all enjoying these even though they are not Max. One more session to come in a day or two!

That's basically what Baby R said to me on Saturday morning. Of course, if you were 11 months old and out in the freezing cold and rain, you wouldn't be that into me either. Still, with cheeks like those who needs to smile?



Baby R, I can't wait to come chase after you in the sunshine when you start toddling around! It's a date!

Apple Fest 2009
