Max's Birthday, Part 2

Wow. This took a long time. It is so anti-climactic, too. Sorry for the delay but here is part 2.

After our pancake breakfast on Max's birthday we went to the Kohl's Childrens Museum, which is the coolest kids museum you can imagine. Check it out here.

Max had a great time playing and pretending and learning. He was so tuckered out by the end of our visit and took a full three-hour nap to top off a great birthday!

Max's Birthday, Part 3

I know what you're thinking. What happened to Part 2? Well, it exists but I skipped it for now. I'll post it next. I promise!

On Saturday, we had Max's Football Birthday Party. What a blast! He loved having his friends over to his house and we loved celebrating him with our family and friends. Thank you to everyone who joined us and everyone who sent Max something special. He LOVES all his gifts! Here are a few snaps from the day:

Baby A

I met up with Baby A and her family this weekend. At five weeks old, Baby A was a beautiful model and was not afraid to show me those baby blues. I think her favorite part of the session, however, was getting to cuddle up warm and snug with her big brothers. What a lucky girl!

p.s. Baby A, it's okay that you didn't want to use my cute pink basket. Maybe I can come back when you're sitting up and we'll try again!

Valentines Are For Suckers

Baby L

Baby L was such a sweetie. At seven days old he already had a great routine. Sleep a little. Wake up and observe the crazy lady messing with him and sticking a camera in his face. Sleep some more. Fuss a little to get some Mommy and Daddy time. Sleep. Eat. Sleep.

Of course, with three big sisters, he's  probably going to have to learn to go with the flow. Thanks, Baby L, for allowing me to capture you and your beautiful sisters!

Are You Ready for Some Football?

What? You thought the football season was over? Not in our house (despite the Vikings' sad demise) where we'll be celebrating Max's 2nd birthday with a Football Birthday Party in just two weeks!

Macro Monday

Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! Clearly last week's pictures were way too easy. For the record, the official answers are: 1) football; 2) floor tile; 3) sponge; 4) Vikings hat.

Hopefully this week's are a little harder. Or, at least, you have to pause a little before answering.
