Mom and I went to Birmingham this weekend to visit Granddude following his surgery. He is doing great and speeding along through his recovery (Aunt Jamie worries that he is speeding a little too quickly but he is a race car driver, right?). It was kind of chilly while we were there but it was nothing compared to Chicago-cold, so we took advantage and got outdoors a lot. Mom, Aunt Jamie, and I went to the park on Friday:
On Saturday, Granddude was feeling well enough to go for a walk outdoors. I helped him out by letting him push my stroller:
Mom was super excited to be somewhere without snow on the ground. Why? Because she could get some camera-practice in, of course. What do you think?

Max, it looks like you make it so easy for your mom to get good pictures. This whole group is awesome! SO cute!!!
No, he does not. You should see the amount I have to trash! I got lucky with these because there was a little girl standing behind me holding a puppy. I think I may need to invest in a puppy :-)
OH ~ a puppy would be SO much fun ;). Thank God for digital cameras, right??
